Neomx allows you to cancel your enrollment within 7 days to be eligible for 100% refund.

If you wish to cancel your enrollment after 7 days, but before 21 days, you may reach out to Neomx representative who will verify whether you have begin attending live training program. In case you haven’t, you will be eligible for 50% refund.

You’re not applicable for refund after 21 days on enrollment. However, if you haven’t begin attending live training program, then you may request enrolling into a different training program by paying 25% of the training program of your choice. This alternate training program will be non-refundable.
